WHAT IS THE BLUE WAVE CLIENT ONBOARDING PROCESS?
It's super easy! Once you accept our proposal, we will set-up a meeting and go over all of the next steps. We will get access to the platforms we need, go over our preferred communication methods, our hours of operation, our approval process and everything else you need to know.
WHAT IF I CAN'T AFFORD YOUR SERVICES, DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
We understand that our packages might not be in everyone's budget. We also understand all that it takes to be successful online. Our packages are designed to be as economical as possible. So if you would like them to be less than what we priced them at, we can remove different aspects from them to lower the cost for you. This could impact timelines and results, but it will be more affordable.
WHY DO I HAVE TO SIGN A ONE YEAR CONTRACT?
In order for us to deliver on our end, we need the appropriate amount of time to do so. We are also committed to your account long term and are always looking ahead a few months to create content. With us being a small business, we only have room to work with companies who are serious about long-term partnerships. If you don't feel comfortable signing a contract, we can offer some month to month consulting options.
